Very courteous and thorough
Very disappointed! I have seen Dr Williams for both myself and for my kids over the years. He's a good doctor. On this occasion, I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time. I am in excruciating pain and have an infection in my thumb that could be dangerous. The office contacted me a few times for pre-check in info to which I complied.On the day of the appointment, I arrived to be told my account was locked due to a 4 year old outstanding balance.
