Dr. Fortman and his clinical and scheduling staff are diligent in providing the best and most efficient, thoughtful care. The wait times are avg for the medical world we now live in, and the time he takes with me is dependent on my questions and concerns. I understand that medical workers have expectations to meet that have little to do with patient care, and they are human beings just like the rest of us. I'm one of those patients that don't go to the Doctor, unless there is a major issue. Since, living in Columbus for 6 years, I am so happy that Grove City has Dr. Fortman & he's close to my home! He was kind, compassionate, understanding & even made me feel better when I joked about myself. I have to say, being a 33 year old female, I need to start taking better care of myself & I am happy to have Dr. Fortman & his team on my side. It's hard finding good people in the Health industry right now.
