Dr. Vogel is an excellent doctor and a terrific person. He is thoughtful, insightful and very thoroughgoing. He has been my cardiologist for five years, ever since I had bypass surgery,so I can tell you from personal experience that he's a total winner: cordial, heartfelt and dedicated!
extremely disappointed., Despite several requests, there was no personal follow up from Dr. Vogel regarding a potential cardiac issue after completing a full exam with him 30 days ago.
I've been seeing Dr. Vogel for 8 or so years. I haven't had any issues yet, but I have confidence that when I do (it's inevitable) Dr. Vogel will be able to guide me through them. One of the things I do find helpful about Dr. Vogel is that he is very supportive of second opinions. I saw another doctor because I was concerned with my high lipid levels (genetic) and Dr. Vogel was very open to it. Dr. Vogel, He is very attentive and always caring and understanding. He really listens to you and hears you. I know that sounds weird, but today this attribute is rare !

I was scheduled for surgery on a Friday, and on the pre-op the Monday before my blood pressure was too high to be cleared, so I had to see a cardiologist. I got a referral for Dr. Vogel, and the office staff got me in the next day. Dr. Vogel went over my history and explained that I needed a stress test before I could be cleared. Even though it was only 3 days before my surgery was scheduled, he arranged a stress test on that Wednesday, even though they do not normally do stress tests that day.
