The service department manager was not as competent and honest as I thought he would be. In the first case, he promised that I would not be charged for anything when I came in for the second time since I was charged even though they didn't get to fix the issue. However, after getting it fixed, I was asked to pay for the labor charges. Recently, I went in with the air pressure tire warning light issue and was told by him that once I had the APT sensor receipt emailed to him, he would take care of it and get back with me. The service from salesperson was good they done everything possible within their abilities. However the management was less than Honest. The price quoted verbally changed after test driving the vehicle and expressing high interest. There was NO price posted on vehicle but when presented with paperwork to sign the price had increased $3,000. When asking for explanation only was told would not budget one dollar.
