This dealer has terrible customer service. They farmed my wife's brand new car out to audio source in Columbus for a remote start. It now starts on it own, doesn't shut off, and throws a tire sensor light. The detail shop is no better. Dried soap on the glass, they put wet rubber floor mats down. Sales staff could care less once they have your money. Returned vehicle for further service and my wife stated she had nothing to drive. They never offered a loaner vehicle. Buyer beware. Got into a new car Joel did an amazing job to help get a loan at a decent rate. The Sales rep that helped out was Ernesto amazing at being patient with me and my wife on looking at different vehicles.
Went for scheduled service and as always the customer service was great! I like how they come and explain things they find during inspections before they actually make a repair/replacement. Many places just do the extras and hand you a bill after the fact, but not here. I was given quotes for things needed either urgently or not quite so urgently (this time was filters, a sensor, and breaks) so I could make a choice on whether to do them now or hold off for a little bit.
