Don't Use Them, They Bill For Services Never Rendered
Really sad. We sent a review to orkin/Craig Thomas about some issues we had with our contract. They responded they would have a mangerm call us but no one did. Not only have they not taking care of our issues but they have also charged my card for a service that wasn't provided. We signed the contract it wasn't put into the system, we were told we would be charged the service fee to have another service (475), they haven't come in a timely manner when we call for a issue(2 week wait), and the manager should call but never do... read more
