Crystal Clinic wants patients to show up 20 minutes early check in. I waited in line, standing for 20 minutes behind another patient while only 2 people were waiting customers at their window. I have a bad knee and my hip is hurting not able to sit down. Finally a window opened up and he only wanted our names of the 5 people in line, to have us called back up to fill out paper work and then wait 10 minutes more to be called back to see the doctor. This to me is very unacceptable.
Dr. Craig Siesel performed surgery on my leg and did an outstanding job. Aftercare was great. Awesome people and awesome office!
Great surgeon with a sense of humor...hard to find such a good combination.
