Craig did an absolutely fabulous job of listing, marketing and selling my mother's home in 3 days...Yes 3 days from us givng him the go ahead to sell the property. He was polite, very personable, honest, forthright, knowledgeable and was always available to answer questions we had, even in the middle of coaching his kids volleyball game. We hired a Realtor but we made a friend. Craig listened to what we wanted to achieve and gave us excellent advice on how to make that happen. We highly reccomend him.

Craig makes the process easy, very resourceful and a seasoned veteran. If you are looking to buy or sell your house, I highly recommend Craig. He is one of the top agents in the Louisville region for a good reason!

First-time home buyers & we could not have asked for a better realtor!!! Due to circumstances, we had to purchase our home sight unseen, and Craig made what could have been a very stressful process an extremely smooth one. We felt completely confident trusting him throughout the entire process. He is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile!! We are so grateful for everything Craig did for us and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!

Craig did a fantastic job helping us sell our homes. We had two listings with him and he coordinated both seamlessly. He answered my questions, took my phone calls and advocated for us during the entire process. We could not have made it through selling without his expertise. Highly recommend!!!
