Dr. Kohler is an excellent dentist. I'd been going to another dental practice for a while, and was generally happy with the care I was receiving. However, after a sloppy filling that wasn't properly fixed after a follow-up, it became very clear that I'd never received proper care. PRETTY AWFUL. Front desk woman is really unpleasant - aggressive, rude. Also - if you use insurance these people are very awkward. Transparency into charges only after you ask 4X (even then you are told that you are supposed to already know). Family charges appear together, then apart, then all in one (strange). Really bad customer experience overall. Certainly you can do better.
I could not say enough nice things about Craig Kohler and his staff. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. He took the extra time to not only help with my pain but also educate me and help me understand what was going on. He did not just tell me what was going on but instead showed me through his video cameras, x-ray, and other demonstrations. He went above and beyond and was very thorough with the exam and cleaning. I had a challenging situation that could have impacted my smile. Dr Kohler provided an excellent solution. Even my wife said that I look better than originally. Extraordinary!
I cannot praise Dr. Kohler enough. I recently chipped my front tooth, and he demonstrated exceptional care and patience, not only repairing it but also improving its appearance beyond its original state. Both he and his staff are highly knowledgeable and genuinely prioritize patient care.
