I am extremely impressed with all of the staff and their friendliness and kindness with me. Dr. Tam is very professional and took an extraordinary amount of time explaining everything to me so that I was comfortable knowing what was going to be happening. She’s very big on educating, and I appreciate that. The facility is bright and clean and cheery, and again, every staff person is top-notch. I will highly recommend this practice. Cheryl Ann Shanks.
Went in for a cleaning. Hygenist knew what she was doing, explained what she was going to do (and why) and what I should do in the future. Very thorough and professional, but personable and friendly as well. Generally, not my favorite activity, but better than can be expected. The other staff members are great as well, making future bookings and payments as easy as possible
I’ve been grinding my teeth in my sleep for a while and finally decided to do something about it. I went to Dr. Tam for a night guard, and I’m so glad I did. I’m 80 years old. Natalie is the best dental hygienist iI’ve had in my life! Evelyn made taking x-rays into a lovely, friendly experience. Bring your whole family here. Highly recommend Dr.Tam and her entire staff.
