4 Star : Likely to Recommend I would have put a 10, but that is contingent on how the matter is handled moving forward. If we come to a satisfactory resolution, it’s a 10. If I am told that Craig’s not responsible for either of my concerns and can do nothing to satisfy me, it will be something less than 10 depending on the explanation. 5 Star : Customer Service I found them genuine and taking pride in their work.
