Was just there for an appointment for my knee issues and they barely checked me out, they came in and checked my knee and moved it around, asked me questions, when asked if I had a knee brace to wear I stated no, they didn’t even prescribe me a brace to wear while I go back to work. They barely even did anything, I was there for 5 mins and they told me to get an mri and schedule it. I paid 70$ for a copay for this appointment that wasn’t worth my time. A year ago I walked into Dr. Ruble's office, nervous and scared. I had destroyed my right knee, after being evaluated it was determined I needed a total knee reconstruction. I was crushed, I have never felt so much love and support from an office as I felt from Dr. Ruble's! Everyone went above and beyond to help me through this rough patch. Dr Ruble did my total knee replacement. A few years ago. 2 weeks ago he did a rotor repair and clean up on my shoulder. I would definitely recommend Dr Ruble. His nurse Michelle took the staples out , and me being a cry baby ,didnt feel anything, when she removed the staples. Thank you Dr Ruble and nurse Michelle.
⸻ I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel a responsibility to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. I had a double meniscus repair and patella release with Dr. Ruble, and the care I received afterward was unacceptable. Immediately after surgery, I was given the lowest dose of hydrocodone, which was nowhere near enough for the pain I was in.
