If y’all need a realtor, I know a great one! Craig Rosenfeld did a magnificent job. We were located in Gaithersburg just outside of Damascus. In the Woodfield elementary cluster. He got it listed quick and sold in pretty much a weekend. Had great advise on setting it up for photos and the couple issues that needed fixing. He is a great resource & I can’t recommend him enough.
