Two stars given for great service 3 years ago... I've been coming here for years, the past year and a half this place has gone down hill. For the past 3 visits, each took over 2.5 hours and started an hour late. I get emergencies happen but not even sure that was the reason. There was no communication whatsoever, it just was. Life long dog owner here. I do not recommend you take your loved pets here. This establishment has a major ego problem that hinders their judgement. The staff is rude and extremely arrogant, specifically Demsy, Dr Mych and Chad (Dr Mych's brother). There are many many vets in this town and most are much better quality and definitely has more professional staff than Craig Road Animal Hospital.
We had a terrible experience here that turned out to be tragic for our 5 month old puppy and devastating to our family. Our puppy started vomiting ane night and by the next afternoon had bloody diarrhea so we immediately drove the 50 miles to Las Vegas to see a vec. On our way there we decided to try Craig Rd Animal Hospital. Yeah the 250 for urgent care is obscene. This hospital has a business plan that is ugly for pet owners.
Truly my dog and me love it the air condition is great and they never cut the nails too short and she only lets them cut her nails she doesn't like anybody else cut her nails so that's why I like the Craig Road Animal Hospital so thank you and I like the reminder notes that they give me also my dog loves all the friendly veterinarians that service her
