Vince went above and beyond as my realtor. I was shocked at how much he did for me. One day during a showing people reported that there was water on the floor. I was out of the area but Vince went to the home, cleaned up the puddle, and verified that it was not caused by any leaks but rather due to someone likely spilling something during the showing.
