This is the worse place ever to live. I wouldn't suggest anyone moves into this apartment complex. The managers in the office only care about filling the units and have no compassion for the tenants already living there especially the office Manager Lee. Lee will find anything to have you evicted, no matter how much you try to communicate with the office management or try to fix what Lee claims has been done, he doesn't care. Extremely noisy upstairs & threatening upstairs neighbors! Dog poop all over! Roaches! Shootings! Cops in and out on a regular basis! Pool and gym closed on a regular basis! Wild noisy kids all over the place! Lee the manager does nothing about any of these issues!

this place is the worst apartment I've ever stated. there's glass in all the yards, dog poop and all the yards, broken sprinklers that just shoot up water, cars on fire, shootings, and bugs galore

I wrote this review 2 days ago I came back to see if there was an response and it was deleted. So let me explain again. Lee and Maria the managers at this complex need to replaced. They dont help with any needs or concerns, they will laugh at you in your face and speak another language to be disrespectful. Craig Ranch Villas are the worst apartments in Las Vegas! Roach infested! I would literally give them no stars! The Management is horrible, they help you with absolutely nothing! They will have a million and one excuses as to why something was not properly fixed. Management is also Prejudice!
