My husband used to work for this company but resigned over 12 months ago. Despite many requests to have them remove my husband's professional profile from their website, his profile remains. I feel like this is misrepresentation. Why not just remove the profile??!!!
I had to speak to them 5 times on the phone wondering when my medication would be sent to my PCP, 3 months later and still waiting. Seriously annoying and disappointing
Very friendly people. BUT.... When it comes to gets your results back you get the run around as to why they don't have them. 5 different times I've called and stopped all 5 times was told an email would be sent that day or following. Yet here we are 1 month later still waiting.
Not helpful.
My wife and I had to do a psychological exam to be certified to be foster parents. A month and a half after taking our 300 question tests, we were told that there was a problem with our tests and we needed to take them again. This was the only thing holding up our certifications. We then had to take time out of our schedule again to take them. When I asked to see the first test upon arrival to take my second test they said that wasn't allowed even though it was my test.
