Horrible company. Management are absolute slimeballs. Especially Jordan. I rented from them back in 2017 when I was only about 21 years old (young and naive). I was insistent the location downtown at the Billmeyer and the exposed brick walls even though the maintenance was awful, place was trashy and the rent was insanely overpriced. But none of those things was the real problem for me. I only made it halfway through my lease before I was evicted. Let me just start by saying do not rent from this property. Please be warned they only care about your money and will disrespect you until they take everything and you’re left with nothing. They evicted me and when I tried to contact management they hung up on me and when I went into the office to speak to someone they called the cops and said they felt threatened without giving me the decency of communication. Disgusting property!!!! Renter Beware!!!! Do not rent from craig properties under any circumstances it will be your greatest mistake. This place should be condemed or named appropriately. Disgrace 1. Not only is this place infested with bugs,rodents and is unsanitary with multiple plumbing issues. The front office staff and landlord are deceitful,untrustworthy and money hungry.
