Expensive for residential service and small jobs (on average, they charge 2-3 times more than GTA prices, although they said the same job would cost double in the GTA; I guarantee that is not true). I believe their service would work better for larger contracts. When I asked them once to reconsider the price, they promised that the manager would call me after I paid, but they never called back. They did the work when I renovated my basement, and it was a very good job. As I said, try to avoid them for smaller jobs.
The workmen provided excellent service, arrived on time, kept the site clean, and did a great job. We are very pleased with their work and the result.
Craig’s Plumbing responded the same day to a critical issue with my pool. Jordan replaced the filter efficiently and was knowledgeable and professional throughout. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the issue, answer my questions, and teach me how the system works. Highly recommend.

Craig's plumbing has been phenomenal with my pool needs. I redid my pool shed and RJ was great at making bookings quickly so I was able to coordinate tradespeople. He answered my questions with patience always even after multiple calls. Jordan repiped everything beautiful including installing a new pump and filter. I found their prices for equipment to be fairly competitive. The pool opening was quick and well done. I received first rate service and can't recommend them enough. Thanks guys!!
