Unprofessional young staff members of Craig’s Plumbing and their ghosting us, on a $35k pool purchase. We are going elsewhere, because we did not leave our coordinates for a call back. I spent over $10,000 on a shower. Craig's installed a shoddy valve connection that leaked. Their solution? "Go to emco" ☹
Jordan and his staff. Thank you for your excellent pool service and a fine job well done. Thank You.
Expensive for residential service and small jobs (on average, they charge 2-3 times more than GTA prices, although they said the same job would cost double in the GTA; I guarantee that is not true). I believe their service would work better for larger contracts. When I asked them once to reconsider the price, they promised that the manager would call me after I paid, but they never called back. They did the work when I renovated my basement, and it was a very good job. As I said, try to avoid them for smaller jobs.
The workmen provided excellent service, arrived on time, kept the site clean, and did a great job. We are very pleased with their work and the result.
