I'm being treated for a unknown mass on my wrist for the last 6 weeks and have been to Dr. Craig Jones a few times and each and every time, I've received Courteous, Professional, Knowledgeable Service from Checking In to the actual visit with Dr. Jones to include short period of time waiting to be called. Appt 10:15am Was there 15 minutes early as requested Wait approx 30 minutes in waiting room not counting the 15 minutes early as requested. 10:55 approxSeen nurse ( she is Awesome and this rating gas Nothing to do with her ( she was and is a 10), X-ray fast -10 Waited 25 in to see dr. Dr was in my room approx. 2 minutes, would of been shorter but he had to dictate 3 times for his Dictation to go through .
