Dr. McKirgan surgically fixed my trimalleolar fracture. It was a slow recovery, but he did a wonderful job.
If it doesn't need surgery, no treatments are offered. Basically, I show up once/twice a year and then just deal with the knee pain because he only focuses on surgeries. He literally said out loud: "Well, it doesn't need surgery" (and he rushed out the of the room). Looking for a doctor who will take more than 5 minutes with me and review from a non-surgical treatment perspective because I KNOW that my knees don't need surgery and yet they still hurt when I walk.
