Dr Maier has been slow to follow up on medical issues and has a nurse do the follow up who is rarely knowledgeable about the issue at hand.

Not sure why this agreeable, competent physician is getting a couple one-star reviews. Dr. Maier has been my wife's GP for a decade, and we have absolutely no complaints. He is thorough and compassionate.

Vary disappointed, went to visit having a bad day ended up getting prescribed Lexapro. Did not need it caused many problems (horrible side-effects) research anything this sell out to pharmaceuticals prescribes. Gave me no real counseling. Do not trust this doctor!

Seems to just want to get you in and out, doesn't ask anything, doesn't really spend any time examining or assessing. The office is good and there are other doctors in the practice that have been recommended but they are part-time and getting an appointment is a 12 month. I've decided to leave the practice.
Does not seem concerned nor ask good questions. Very brief with patients.
Doctor Maier has been my primary care physician for about a decade now, and I can honestly state that he's five stars all the way. The attention and empathy he shows towards his patients, his medical judgment, and his ability to select an appropriate referral for a given illness or injury are as good as any I've ever dealt with. I also have found his support staff to be consistently fast, efficient, and courteous, even when being asked to handle an immediate visit or prescription.
