I have severe white coat syndrome and hadn’t seen a Dr. in over a decade. Ended up with a serious medical problem that Dr. Wax helped me through. He is very easy to talk to, and takes the time during appointments to make you feel comfortable. Also the office has very helpful and friendly staff.
No absolutely do not recommend. I went to Dr Wax due to some serious medical conditions the most recent being violent severe blackouts. He referred me to a neurologist who was unable to determine the cause of the problem and sent back to Craig. During that visit he said he had no idea what was going on and considered sending me to the hospital for further testing but said they might put me on a 72 hour hold due to my autism. Dr. Wax takes the time to listen to you and then provides sound medical advice. He also truly cares about your well-being. When I required surgery, he asked if my surgeon was coordinating with my other doctors to assure that I underwent the necessary pre-op testing for the medical conditions they were treating me for. When I told Dr. Wax that I didn't believe the surgeon was doing this, Dr. Wax took charge and contacted my other doctors. I heard Dr Wax on a podcast and he seemed very knowledgeable and open to data in todays ever changing climate. He was pleasant, friendly, and thorough. I found myself a terrific new doc!!

Dr. Wax is by far the most effective medical practice for patients who need to be 'back to normal' quickly. He prescribes the proper meds that are designed to specifically treat YOUR need (not fit the needs of others into your situation). THANK YOU, Dr. Wax!
Dr. Wax is one of the few doctors nowadays that practices the medical oath of First, Do No Harm in regard to treating COVID-19. My son, who was not even a patient of his at the time, was released by the ER in the middle of the night, after being diagnosed with COVID-19 and mono. The hospital did an IV steroid and breathing treatment and sent him home. I called and actually woke Dr. Wax up the following morning, pleading with him to help my son. Dr. Wax is extremely knowledgeable and informative without being pushy in guiding me to better health. He is honest and listens to me and I never feel rushed during my visits with him. He has been very helpful and I am grateful to be under his care. He even called me at home once to clarify important information. The office staff are very polite, organized and helpful.
