Dr. Rodner is truly the absolute best. It is rare to find a surgeon and medical team that make you feel so relaxed, especially regarding something as delicate as hand surgery. Dr. Rodner explained my procedure with such clarity, which made a world of difference for my peace of mind. His team is equally fantastic—incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. The operating room environment was also a pleasant surprise; it was so comfortable and made for an overall amazing experience.
Dr Rodner was able to fix my finger which had dupatrens. It was hard to put on gloves until I received treatment from Dr Rodner. His attention to detail as well as my comfort made the procedure seem easy. My finger is back to normal 90 degrees. Thanks again Dr Rodner for making life a bit easier
Dr. Rodner is very professional and welcoming. Dr. Rodner always makes sure that all of the patient’s questions have been answered. I never felt rushed during my appointment and also felt like I was being treated like family. Dr. Rodner also provides excellent follow up post-op. I highly recommend Dr. Rodner and will not hesitate to be under his... read more
I am posting this review as a public service. It is not personal and the surgeon’s qualifications are not in question, however, his ethics are. Dr. Rodner performed two trigger finger surgeries on my right hand. The first one for the ring finger went great. The second one was for the three remaining fingers. When you go for surgery at a teaching hospital, you sign a paper, that medical students may be present in the room. Nowhere does it say, that they might be practicing on you like on a lab animal. All residents (students)... read more
The BEST hand surgeon in Connecticut! I came to see Dr Rodner based on a recommendation from my previous surgeon (who moved out of state). I had a very comfortable surgery experience. Everyone from the OR Nurse (Amy), Nurse anesthetist, to the APRN (Vrunda) took great care of me. Dr Rodner’s surgical technique is impeccable! My recovery has been a fraction of the time of the previous carpal release surgery. I would highly recommend Dr Rodner and his staff to anyone looking for a hand surgeon.
