After Craig sold my condo (see earlier review) I found myself without a home to move to. I knew the neighborhood I wanted and lost out on the first home I liked. Selling the condo from across the country is complicated and add to that a pipe breaking and a flood during escrow and you have very difficult circumstances. Craig Lotzof helped us every step of the way from the beginning in helping with moving to making sure the condo was repaired in time to close. He went way above and beyond. The best!

I've never done any business with this company, but that that did not stop them from cold-calling me based off public records about my home to attempt to sell services. National Association of Realtors have confirmed to the entire association that they are bound by rules regarding the Do Not Call registry, but the office claimed that it was "only once" so it was okay. If the office can't follow simple laws around marketing, I'd be highly suspicious of their ability to broker a complex real estate transaction.
