Sadly, we had a very negative experience with Craig. He was in the role as double agent for us. There were two issues with the house that were not listed in the seller’s disclosure. The electricity to the barn had been disconnected and redirected to another outbuilding. We had been assured the barn electricity worked. It could only be repaired by adding a much larger box to the house, because the original one was not in code as it was, costing thousands of dollars.
