Great experience. Knowledgeable and helpful on how to get best coverage at lowest rates. Also very personable. Well-rounded person, not all about insurance only. Has lots of life experiences which gives him better perspective.

Just had one bad experience. Given incorrect information by the office and wouldn't help get to correct it. After 20+ years I would have expected much more.
My daughter has been with Craig Lincoln State Farm for about 3 years now and I have seen that they have always been so helpful with her concerns. With this being said I decided to go in and speak with them about an auto insurance plan because I was currently unsatisfied with what I had.
