Office staff are professional, friendly and efficient. Dr. Landow explains procedures well and answers questions without the patient feeling rushed.
The staff at this office is pleasant and helpful. Dr Landow explains things clearly and he is easy to talk to. I have been see the doctor for several years and the wait times are never long.
I have been with Dr. Landow for many years and even though I am rated 100% service related vet I chose to stay with him even though everything at the VA is free to me. He is professional courteous and tells you like it is, which is what I expect from my Drs.
