I have seen Dr. Kopecky around three times and have been satisfied with him. However I made an appointment about three and a half weeks ago and the earliest I could get in was next Tuesday. Then I received a call 3 days before my appointment that he would be out that whole week and his next available appointment was over 7 weeks away. So just be prepared that you may be able to get in with his PA but not with him in any reasonable period of time. I did not research his PA's before choosing a doctor but did research him. I’ve been seeing Dr. Kopecky for a few years now. Even through I moved out of town I haven’t and won’t change PCP’s. If you’re reading this Dr. Kopecky please note highest praise.
Oh my gosh. Bad scheduling. I expected an apology. I received a letter. The letter accuses me of patient code of conduct for disrespectful behavior which blew me away. Lady who wrote The Letter said she wasn't there. Said she probably should have called me first since she never heard my version of what happened which was absolutely nothing. Front desk really needs some help. Two appointments in a row they come out 15 minutes late and tell me it's going to be another 25 minutes. May just be coincidence but every time I have an appointment with him I show up early like I'm supposed to and they come out after I've been sitting there 15 minutes past my appointment and tell me he's running late and it's going to be another 30 minutes. The three appointments I've had have been a waste of time because of overbooking. I get up and leave.
