I’ve been seeing Dr. Kopecky for a few years now. Even through I moved out of town I haven’t and won’t change PCP’s. If you’re reading this Dr. Kopecky please note highest praise.
Oh my gosh. Bad scheduling. I expected an apology. I received a letter. The letter accuses me of patient code of conduct for disrespectful behavior which blew me away. Lady who wrote The Letter said she wasn't there. Said she probably should have called me first since she never heard my version of what happened which was absolutely nothing. Front desk really needs some help. Two appointments in a row they come out 15 minutes late and tell me it's going to be another 25 minutes. May just be coincidence but every time I have an appointment with him I show up early like I'm supposed to and they come out after I've been sitting there 15 minutes past my appointment and tell me he's running late and it's going to be another 30 minutes. The three appointments I've had have been a waste of time because of overbooking. I get up and leave. Dr. Kopecky is an outstanding primary care physician. He is always exceptionally prepared, having clearly reviewed your history, labs, and prior visits—even details from years ago—so you truly feel like his only patient. He treats patients with respect and intelligence, listens thoughtfully, and explains his recommendations clearly without ever being condescending.
