Great service and very professional doctors!
I felt well taken care of with Dr Knell and his staff. I have also experienced no discomfort since my extraction, so Dr Knell must have very skillful with my procedure.
My dental implant experience was (nearly, see nit below) impeccable. Everyone was professional and efficient. The facility was clean and modern. Dr. Knell knocked me out for the first and second appointments and I had zero problems during recovery. The only minor blemish was that the office called twice to reschedule my final appointment ("he won't be in the office that day"). Heather was so gracious and kind when I first called to get my appointment scheduled. She made a point to come out and meet me personally when I arrived. Dr Knell was also very personable and had me in and out very quickly for a tooth extraction. Everything is healing nicely and I will definitely use their services again should the need arise.
