Dr. Kaplan is one of the most through physicians I have experienced! He has excellent clinical skills combined with a wonderful bedside manor! I am so fortunate that he is my primary physician.

attempting to call dr.'s office to resched appoint at 10am, just get put on hold for 30+ mins. (what office other than ER dept. is that busy ?)... needs to post an email or something to get to the office personnel. JEEZ
