While I have no complaint with Dr. Dean, his staff is another matter. The office recently called me to cancel my appointment because the hygienist was out. The told me that they didn't have any openings, but would put me down for the next available one. Also, the x-ray technician uses a hand held x-ray unit. Nothing wrong with that, except she all but shoved the cardboard film cubes down my throat.
Today was my first time seeing Dr. Dean, the very best dentist I have been to! Dr. Dean and staff Kim, Mellissa and Julie were caring compassionate and so considerate. Dr. Dean just called me at home to check on me, not something most Drs. do. Dr. Dean is definitely one in a million. Thank you so much Roslyn O’Brien
Dr Craig Dean is the best! My bf referred me to him for Veeners. I’m so picky but he made sure they were how I wanted them! High recommend!
