Our dermatology practice has worked closely with Dr. Hurst for several years. He is an incredibly capable, experienced, and kind Plastic Surgeon who is equally well versed in care of trauma, cosmetic, and cancer patients (actually rare in the modern era where many plastic surgeons focus on more profitable cosmetic work). We refer patients to him every week. Tucson is blessed to have a surgeon of his caliber and caring, and we are fortunate to have him as a trusted and treasured colleague.

First of all, he’s a Ginger. So am I with a little help from a bottle. Dr. Hurst always has a smile on his face. What’s he thinking? Anyway we want some of it. I initially went to him for reconstruction of my left breast. After a while ,I tripped and fell on my face. Black and blue all over my face, I told him I missed him. He said I could have just visited! He corrected the orbital fracture and continued bettering my “blob”, what I refer to as the reconstructed .” breast”. Dr. Hurst is a talented plastic surgeon who does complex reconstructions and trauma surgery, in addition to cosmetic surgery. I developed a dime size area of dead skin over my left eyebrow after brain surgery. My two eyebrows were at different levels, and one was quite disfigured. Dr. Hurst did a beautiful operation to return my face to how it used to be. My eyebrows are again at the same level, and you have to work to see the scars. I am a very happy and appreciative patient, and highly recommend Dr. Hurst and his staff.
