Dr Smucker is very professional, yet able to explain things in a way the patient can understand in a 'down to earth' and friendly way. He was very helpful to me.
Friendly, competent staff members. Easy check in. Taken in on time. Dr Smucker was thorough, very patient and answered all my questions.
This guy has both heart and brains. The archetype of what a great doctor is. The only problem, and it’s a big problem is that I never should have gotten the surgery. Two years later and not a day goes by where I don’t regret it. I got talked into the potential upsides and there were clear assurances of no down side: I experience downsides every day with my knee doing things it, previous to the surgery, never did.
