Craig Franzen helped us find our first home in Chicago, and the entire process was excellent. As first-time buyers, we didn’t really know what to expect, but he guided us every step of the way and was consistently professional. Over the course of about two months, he attended every showing with us and walked us through the pros and cons of each option. He was flexible with our schedules and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend!
I worked with Katie and it was a super pleasant experience . She was always on time , pleasant , and very professional. Katie really did her due diligence and was prepared for every meeting .
