Craig decided to change the schedule in a nonchalant manner. When we confirmed his appointment for the 16th at 10:00 am Craig Said “The appointment is for tomorrow not today”. Asked him if he received the confirmation email and also showed him our text confirming the date and time. He then said “can’t make it today but can come tomorrow”.
