Booked a move 10 days in advance was told no problem at all and then confirmed the day before, day of the move they called and I was told they would be two hours late, at the new time that they were supposed to arrive they texted and said they were not coming due to a death in the family. They did not respond to any further attempts to contact them to either change or reschedule the plan by either text or phone call

I am a veteran U.S Army and the two gentlemen that showed up did a very good job. The woman who is receiving calls was very professional and very compassionate. I would recommend this company anytime.

Craig family movers are a very professional moving company. The office personnel (Leslie and company) are excellent and efficient. She made the move very easy for my family and explained every step. Leslie even discounted the price due to the move taking less time then estimated. The men that actually moved the furniture were very professional and great people. Dennis and Brandon did a fabulous job of moving my belongings. They both are very kind and hard working guys. Leslie was understanding and flexible when I needed to change my move date. I will definitely use them in the future. Excellent value.

We hired them to load the truck and ship it to Denver. We payed them nearly 3000$ , we provided them with blankets to wrap the wood furniture but they did not find right to use them. Result : plenty of scratches, broken tv set, broken TV, nearly 500$ in damage. I asked them information of their insurance and they forgot to renew it ( ???? ) then we came to an agreement of 350$ to cover partially damage, willing to compromise with them (out of 3000$ it is not a lot).
