This place is a rolling train wreck. Should be your first reason to go buy a Ford. Salesmen call/text every month with the wrong name for my phone number trying to sell me new vehicles I don’t want. The parts dept gives me the wrong oil and parts more than they give me the right one. Wifes 2022 Chevy Spark has been in this shop for going on 3 weeks now waiting to have the back brakes repaired. 3 weeks without a vehicle. Great experience, started the inquiry online and was contacted by Micheal in sales who was fantastic. Answered all my questions. Sale and trade process was seamless and everyone one I dealt with was great. Michael in sales , Travis (GM), and Mike in finance ( who helped transfer my remaining warranty to the new truck) made this one of the easiest truck buying experience I’ve had. Thanks
