Excellent experience. Jared took us through the new tech on the cars so we could enjoy our new purchase. Mike took his time explaining all the financing options and protections. Been buying vehicles from Craig Dunn for over 25 years this is our first actual new vehicle purchase, as we have always found great deals in the pre owned vehicles. Always feel welcomed by all the staff.
Purchased a brand new vehicle, travelled almost 6 hours to pick it up from Ontario. Not even 6 months I was having battery issues and experienced a no start condition. I was told by my local dealership that my battery was so loose it could be lifted with one finger, and this was due to the improper installation of the rust module that was done by Craig Dunn. Jared and the team at Craig Dunn are very accomodating, worth the drive from Winnipeg to view their inventory, Jared is knowledgeable on the vehicles, not pushy at all and made sure I was aware of everything and was clear and concise.
