The staff is always so wonderful. They all do their jobs extremely well. It’s always great to visit with Kathy during the appointment. Dr. Downer always takes time to have some personal conversation asking how things are and is always extremely insightful. Today while having work done I heard interactions in the adjacent room with a 1 year old on their first visit.
