Prompt, courteous respectful. Very thorough. The camera images from his phone yield some awkward coloring or hues. It made the carpet look dirty when it wasn't. Or the wall have a blemish when it doesn't. But other than that. I trust Craig's professional opinion, and consider him an expert in his field.
