Craig is very knowledgeable in the real estate market. He was able to help me price my home at a price that would sell and assisted me every question and concern I had. Craig helped me to identify any items that needed changed prior to placing my home on the market. Craig's communication was not only professional but was sensitive to my emotions as we were on this journey. My home sold within the time frame quoted. I will always refer Craig to anyone that I know who is in the market to either buy property or sell.
