We contacted Craig to help with some sweetgum trees that were encroaching on our house as well as trimming some oaks that were distressed. Craig came out and gave us a very fair bid and we decided to proceed. The work was completed in a very professional manner with one of the larger sweetgums coming down in sections from the top. The crew cleaned up very thoroughly. We will be using Mr Daniel in the future and would recommend his services.
Our family has known Craig and had him help us with lots of different tree issues over the past 30 years. He is very professional, trustworthy and meticulous in his business dealings and we have never had a problem with his work. Most recently, his team removed a delicately balanced limb of approximately 1000 lbs in weight that fell and pressed against a window frame on our back patio. We had a large tree split and a huge branch fell near my patio. We also had tree branches hanging on the roof and a tree that needed its canopy raised. We chose Craig Nelson after getting another quote as he was responsive and seemed genuine and sincere. The price was reasonable and Craig told me that he would do the work himself. Craig Daniel did a thorough assessment and estimate. He and his crew did an excellent job with tree removal, pruning and cleanup. They completed the job in a timely manner and the charges were consistent with the estimate. Craig is very knowledgeable about trees and I look forward to working with him again in the near future.
