We contacted Craig to help with some sweetgum trees that were encroaching on our house as well as trimming some oaks that were distressed. Craig came out and gave us a very fair bid and we decided to proceed. The work was completed in a very professional manner with one of the larger sweetgums coming down in sections from the top. The crew cleaned up very thoroughly. We will be using Mr Daniel in the future and would recommend his services.
Our family has known Craig and had him help us with lots of different tree issues over the past 30 years. He is very professional, trustworthy and meticulous in his business dealings and we have never had a problem with his work. Most recently, his team removed a delicately balanced limb of approximately 1000 lbs in weight that fell and pressed against a window frame on our back patio. When I had to leave messages to call me back with other tree services Craig Daniel came out and gave me a quote the same day. His quote was very reasonable. A week later he dropped a 60' dead pine tree broken at the stump and leaning on another tree. If it went one way it would fall on the house, the other way it would fall on the fence. He dropped it in short order without incident and left nothing behind except a little sawdust. Well done! I'll call him again the next time I need tree service.
We had a large tree split and a huge branch fell near my patio. We also had tree branches hanging on the roof and a tree that needed its canopy raised. We chose Craig Nelson after getting another quote as he was responsive and seemed genuine and sincere. The price was reasonable and Craig told me that he would do the work himself.
