Dr Serin has a very personable, modest and friendly sympatico approach to his patient. At each visit or on calls with his patient, Dr Serin establishes or re-establishes immediate connection as if he had counselled the patient just minutes before; he knows his patients and their issues. Dr. Craig Serin is the most dedicated internal medicine doctor who I have seen. He has been a concerned partner in my health care ongoing acting as my ombudsman to navigate the complicated health care system.
If I could give a higher rating than 5. I would. Dr Serin is thorough, extremely knowledgeable, up to date, attentive to details, calm, well connected with excellent referral speciality physicians, encouraging about changes in behavior to increase wellness, understanding, and has a personality that is kind, understanding and approachable. I consider myself and my family to be quite lucky to be under his expert care. I feel safe in his hands.
The reason I’m a MDVIP member is because of Dr. Serin. He is the best! He has been my primary care physician for over one fourth of my lifetime. Thanks to his care and continued encouragement I hope one day to say I’ve been under his care over one third of my life… I’ll be 91 then!
Dr Serin has been and continues to be my best primary care physician for almost 25 years! Although, I know that he has other patients to treat, he never makes me feel rushed upon my visits. He’s always available, really listens and is very clear in any treatments that I have to adhere to.
