I had/have a shoulder issue. 1st visit - Dr. came in and said, "How did that shot work for you?" I said, "What shot? My name is ____ and this is my first time here, I've never met you." I explained my issue, he looked at my MRI and said, "You have a tear?" Tested my ROM and said I had a frozen shoulder (and I did/do). Within a few minutes we were talking surgery. 2nd visit was at the hospital in the surgical area. I arrived at 9:30am the time I was told to arrive.
