Find another agent. In this day and age people have their debit cards locked to protect against fraud. This office charges $25 for debit card transactions that are declined and calls them “returned fees”. Not a check btw. My prior agent did not do this. He also doesn’t respond to emails requesting for them to be removed. I moved to a new agent.

Not good. I spent quite a bit of time getting a quote prepared for my auto and 2 homes and today I tried to call the office all day, but nobody answered and my email to the person who prepared the quote said "I'm a little tied up today, but how about tomorrow?" Wow, As a previous business owner myself, if I ever got a sniff of my employee telling a new customer to "come back tomorrow" it would be their last day. This lack of interest is also concerning if I ever had a claim. What, "come back tomorrow?" Not impressed.
