I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The staff here is friendly. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions. I got my test results back so quickly here. I really appreciated their urgency and it showed me how much they care about their patients.

Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? The thing I like about Dr. Calloway is his hollistic approach. While an excellent trained surgeon, he utilizes non-surgical approaches too. He truly cares about you as a patient and goes out of his way to do the best for your overall health. You get the impression sometimes that some doctors are all about what's best for their wallet but Dr. Calloway truly wants to see you get well. Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud
