Dr. Chow has cared for me for over 23 years and I feel incredibly lucky about that. He is the most caring and supportive physician I've ever encountered. His depth of knowledge and experience are evident in all interactions. His follow-through is impressive. I would recommend Dr. Chow without hesitation.
Dr Chow has been treating me for crohn's disease for 18 years. He is one of the most caring and thoughtful doctors I have ever had. He takes the time to listen and understand his patients conditions and is thoroughly invested in his patients well being and care. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Chow performed my 10 year exam and followed through with a call in the evening to see how I was getting along. He gave me the report of the results along with necessary instructions. I would highly recommend Dr. Chow.
Wonderful doctor. After 3 procedures in 10 years, no complaints. Procedures in surgical center very professional with great pre-procedure preps and attendants. Always takes enough time to hear my issues and address them in friendly and professional manner.
Dr. Chow is a very competent and kind doctor. However, he is grossly overextended. Wait times for appointments for established patients appointments exceed six months. His office does not follow up in a timely manner and has dismissed at least one acutely ill patient for being too bothersome. He did not follow through re: lab work, recovery from surgery, adequate diagnosis. He needs to scale back the number of patients he sees so that he can successfully oversee care for the ones he has.
