We are selling an 11 year old Craig home in the Charlottesville area. While we love the builder overall, we have condensation between double paned windows that came up in an inspection report and will require a window doctor to address it. Our top tier realtor in the area says she is seeing this problem in the Craig homes over all. We also own a home in Arlington and had new Pella windows put in about 25 years ago. We have had NO similar problem. Ask Craig before you build/buy what windows they put in and if there is a war... read more
