I came to the office with considerable pain from lifting too many storage items and putting my body in awkward positions... I needed support to get from the car to the office. My neck has so much more movement than before the adjustment. My lower back felt out of whack and doesn't feel much if any different. Hopefully, I will notice improvements in a day or two.
I really appreciate the time you take with me. I always feel better after but am sorry that I am such a difficult client and not an easy fix!
