I'm a physical therapist and I've had the opportunity to work with many of Dr. Bennett's post operative patients. He's excellent at what he does, is very easy to communicate with, and his patients have excellent results. I highly recommend Dr. Bennett!
Dr. Bennett is simply the best! I tore my ACL the spring before I was leaving to play D1 Softball at Fairfield University. I am on an athletic scholarship to Fairfield, so tearing my ACL, with its 9–12-month rehabilitation time was devastating. I literally THANK GOD for Dr. Bennett. Great doctor! I had a advanced knee surgery (Allograft) and it is doing well. I feel that this procedure will allow me to stay active and avoid a knee replacement. He has become our family orthopedist having successfully retreating a failed ACL knee surgery/ meniscus done by another doctor. Very kind and available when needed. Just an update: 18 months later and the knee is 100%.
Dr Bennett is extremely knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. He thoroughly explained all of my surgical options for my torn meniscus. He referred me to therapy first to get stronger to ensure a better surgical outcome. I met with Philip Michel, PA for my post op visit and he was also very knowledgeable. I can tell they both are very passionate about helping others.
