Dr. Bennett is simply the best! I tore my ACL the spring before I was leaving to play D1 Softball at Fairfield University. I am on an athletic scholarship to Fairfield, so tearing my ACL, with its 9–12-month rehabilitation time was devastating. I literally THANK GOD for Dr. Bennett. Great doctor! I had a advanced knee surgery (Allograft) and it is doing well. I feel that this procedure will allow me to stay active and avoid a knee replacement. He has become our family orthopedist having successfully retreating a failed ACL knee surgery/ meniscus done by another doctor. Very kind and available when needed. Just an update: 18 months later and the knee is 100%.
Dr Bennett is extremely knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. He thoroughly explained all of my surgical options for my torn meniscus. He referred me to therapy first to get stronger to ensure a better surgical outcome. I met with Philip Michel, PA for my post op visit and he was also very knowledgeable. I can tell they both are very passionate about helping others.
He is the best! He did my son’s right knee ACL , surgery 3 years ago, he did an amazing job. Unfortunately my son will have to go through this process again because, he needs ACL left knee surgery because it was tore , but we are so confident, because he is on the best hands, with Doctor Bennett.
