I had a poor experience with the receptionists by phone. They were not helpful with providing the information I was asking about . They were very pushy about scheduling a consultation. learning there is a 100 dollar consultant fee. I found this surprising because I was told as a member of the Bad Moms group I would get a free consultation. Really not the vibe I was hoping for.
