Today my parents had an appointment with Dr.Willis. The staff was awesome! However the interpreter for my parents cancelled last minute and the doctor refused to see my parents because he does not use the virtual/stick interpreter. Literally, the doctor - having the resources to treat and understand my parents - refused medical assistance to them. Being a doctor is not just about having the knowledge and experience, it is also about empathy and caring about patients. Worst experience ever! Do not recommend this doctor.
Excellent chair side manner, and very thorough with all of his treatment
He over talks you (a nurse has mention that has always been a problem with his team), doesn’t listen to you, and doesn’t seem to care about your concerns.
Went to the Mercyhealth in Anderson and the staff that I saw prior were great, listened and helpful. Dr. Craig B. Willis comes in; doesn’t let me tell my story of what’s going on. He talks over me. Says he can’t and won’t help me. I’m sent away literally in tears. Never Ever make an appointment with this so called Doctor.
